The Looks???
Nah! It looks just the same from the outside. So there are no changes in its outer design. But lot of changes in the interior designs have been made.
Processor
The processor has been updated to Apple's A5 dual-core processor making the iPhone 4S 2x faster than iPhone 4 with dual-core graphics which is said to be 7x faster than the previous phone. Now that's impressive.
The Camera
Now the camera in the iPhone 4S comes with 8 megapixel sensors which is 60% more pixels ie., 3264x2448. And this helps in recording HD videos on 1080p. It also has flash.
Now those who have used the iPhone 4 camera do know the picture quality that it gave with a 5 megapixel sensor. So you can imagine what it would give with this 8mp sensor.
And not only that, we have face detection now, thanks to the new image signal processor that Apple has designed.

A very important part, battery life. The new iPhone 4S gives better battery life than its predecessor. Not much but better.
